About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a specialist in a large, cross-functional software implementation team specializing in e-invoicing solutions
Work directly with global clients to understand ONESOURCE Pagero implementation requirements
Run product demonstrations and deliver end-user and super-user training
Configure software to meet client requirements
Test client software implementations using analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
Troubleshoot issues and ensure project plans meet timelines and budgets
Resolve customer support issues with clients and internal product, sales, and support teams
Participate in pre-sales software demonstrations and prospectively scope client needs
Design, develop, and document project deliverables according to timelines and budgets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in software implementation and configuration at global institutions
Understanding of basic coding and desire to develop software skills
Analytical mindset, potentially gained through academic studies or interest in coding, economics, or project management
Collaborative attitude and ability to communicate complex solutions to international clients
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
Ability to manage complex scenarios in fast-paced environments
Ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
Experience working with Europe or ability to work a 6:00 am to 3:00 pm working shift (preferred)
