About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and monitor day-to-day employee HR requests
- Ensure accurate follow-up, timely resolution, and proper escalation of HR requests
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements in employee support experience
- Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities for simplification and automation
- Support implementation of practical digital solutions to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience
- Support responsible deployment of AI solutions within HR
- Identify relevant AI use cases, test tools, and support users
- Contribute to creation, formalisation, and communication of HR policies applicable in France
- Ensure HR policies align with business needs and the relevant legal framework
- Gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR requests simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Good understanding of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfort working with HR systems/databases
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Collaborative, service-oriented attitude with a genuine interest in improving employee experience
- Familiarity with French labour law and HR compliance requirements preferred
- Exposure to HR process mapping, workflow design, or digital transformation projects preferred
- Experience with or strong interest in AI tools and their practical application in HR preferred
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms or ticketing/case management tools preferred
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Interest in HR policy development and change management preferred
- Curious, adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new technologies and challenge existing ways of working
