About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Web Domain, Super Apps, and the harmonization of multiple platforms and technologies across the portfolio
Manage other Product Managers
Own Opex, Capex, and product costs
Drive legacy modernization to the cloud
Define the long-term technology strategy
Leverage AI as a cross-functional capability
Report to the Chief Product Officer
Influence and operate in a global, matrixed environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing other Product Managers, ideally for 4+ years, with a multi-product portfolio
Experience with technical and platform products, APIs, infrastructure, and multi-platform environments
Experience modernizing and unifying complex systems, from legacy/desktop environments to cloud/SaaS
Ownership of, or experience with, product/portfolio P&L, costs, margin, retention, and NPS
Experience designing and delivering product-focused AI solutions, including copilots, automation, and predictive insights
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
Business-level English
Experience in ERP, tax/accounting, payroll/HR, or another regulated domain is desirable
Technical degree and/or an MBA or postgraduate qualification in product management or digital transformation is desirable
Experience with mergers and acquisitions and platform integration is desirable
Based in Criciúma, Santa Catarina, or available to work from the Criciúma office three times per month (required)
