About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead daily operations for the Bedrock LCR portfolio to support business objectives, achieve milestones, and contribute to overall financial goals
- Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement and change management initiatives to optimize resources, products, and services
- Develop metrics for capturing, analyzing, and reporting operating effectiveness
- Deliver recurring and ad-hoc business intelligence reports to senior management
- Contribute to pillar-level strategic planning, resource forecasting, budget management, and workforce data initiatives
- Direct and review the work of enabling functions and administrative operational partners, driving performance and accountability
- Identify and resolve moderately complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges
- Establish, maintain, and negotiate day-to-day relationships with key external vendors
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or a related field
- Proven track record of implementing and managing operational cadences at scale
- Strong experience working with large, complex data sets to create insightful, strategic views and dashboards
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience partnering closely with Finance teams for budgeting and forecasting
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners within a highly matrixed environment
- Hands-on approach with strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting clearly and confidently to senior leadership
- Solid understanding of business operations, cross-departmental relationships, and relevant industry trends
- Experience supporting a Technology, Engineering, or Product-led organization (preferred)
- Experience operating effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities (preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of having a strong bias for action (preferred)
- Proficiency or hands-on exposure to the Microsoft 365 Suite (preferred)
