About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple large-scale tax automation and technology projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
Collaborate with development, testing, implementation, customer support, product management, and sales teams
Work with finance, legal, compliance, and risk management stakeholders to align projects with organizational goals
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery
Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Apply waterfall methodology across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Build client relationships and act as the primary external client contact throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
At least 5 years of experience managing software development projects
Strong understanding of tax regulations and industry best practices
Fluency in English
Experience working on enterprise applications, ideally in tax
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and MS Project
Experience working with the TaxOne solution
Experience working on TAX applications (TAX ONE, TAX Determination and DFe)
Spanish is a preferred qualification
