About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including content acquisition, system-based content preparation, online content delivery, and post-publication functionality validation
- Contribute to production schedules and active production content cycles
- Provide inputs for automation and process-streamlining opportunities
- Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines while delivering high-quality work
- Collaborate with team members, other departments, and virtual or off-site vendors
- Troubleshoot information-conversion issues related to workflows or product-development enhancements
- Review workflow and task documentation, instruction manuals, and checklists for currentness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-publishing, ticketing systems, and XML coding
- At least 1.5 years of experience in XML-based applications, DTD development, coding, incident management, and monitoring tools
- Good XML coding and DTD knowledge is required
- Knowledge of MS Office software and service monitoring tools is an added advantage
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
- Knowledge of XML, DTD, ServiceNow, monitoring tools, incident management, and MS Office tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to articulate thoughts and requirements clearly and concisely to US trainers/stakeholders
