About the role
- Responsible for the performance of fire protection branches within a region.
- Monitor sales and financial performance of branches.
- Develop and implement competitive economic strategies.
- Hire, train, and develop sales and operational leaders.
- Manage compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
- Manage client and community relationships at the location.
- Evaluate and develop plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction.
- Research acquisition prospects and integrate acquired businesses.
- Ensure compliance with company's safety standards and ongoing training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field, preferred
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
- 8+ years’ proven experience managing leaders and front-line teams in various markets.
- Meaningful experience in the sales/service industry.
- Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis.
- Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.
- Working knowledge of fire protection industry
- Ability to set and meet aggressive commitments to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and possess a strong and positive track record of growth within a market.
- Maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability pass a drug and background check.
