About the role

  • Responsible for the performance of fire protection branches within a region.
  • Monitor sales and financial performance of branches.
  • Develop and implement competitive economic strategies.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales and operational leaders.
  • Manage compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
  • Manage client and community relationships at the location.
  • Evaluate and develop plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field, preferred
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • 8+ years’ proven experience managing leaders and front-line teams in various markets.
  • Meaningful experience in the sales/service industry.
  • Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis.
  • Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of fire protection industry
  • Ability to set and meet aggressive commitments to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and possess a strong and positive track record of growth within a market.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability pass a drug and background check.
