About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a critical role in ensuring the success and stability of foster placements by supporting both the youth and the caregivers.
- Help increase visibility and awareness of the foster care program by assisting with administrative tasks, engaging in marketing and outreach efforts, and enhancing the program’s social media presence.
- Conduct home visits and provide case management and support to foster families.
- Coordinate services, manage documentation and compliance tasks, and collaborate with internal staff and community partners.
- Develop content or materials for outreach and engage with the community to recruit and support new foster homes.
- Participate in an on-call weekend rotation to ensure 24/7 support and coverage for foster families in the Greenville area in case of emergencies or urgent needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in.
- Education requirement for this individual contributor role is: Bachelor’s Degree in social work or relate field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software, excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Meets designation as a Qualified Professional in SC.
- All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
- Ability to work primarily with Clients in Raleigh, NC.
