About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a critical role in ensuring the success and stability of foster placements by supporting both the youth and the caregivers.
Help increase visibility and awareness of the foster care program by assisting with administrative tasks, engaging in marketing and outreach efforts, and enhancing the program’s social media presence.
Conduct home visits and provide case management and support to foster families.
Coordinate services, manage documentation and compliance tasks, and collaborate with internal staff and community partners.
Develop content or materials for outreach and engage with the community to recruit and support new foster homes.
Participate in an on-call weekend rotation to ensure 24/7 support and coverage for foster families in the Greenville area in case of emergencies or urgent needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in.
Education requirement for this individual contributor role is: Bachelor’s Degree in social work or relate field
A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software, excellent written and oral communication skills.
Meets designation as a Qualified Professional in SC.
All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
Ability to work primarily with Clients in Raleigh, NC.
