About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support, guidance, coordination, and intervention to assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program.
  • Performance will be measured by individual outcomes and contribution to overall program team/department.
  • Display trauma-informed practices and principles in interactions with customers, peers, and leadership.
  • Ensure documentation for all foster children meets regulatory compliance.
  • Manage health record, treatment plans, and authorizations adhering to policy and effective crises response as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in.
  • Education requirement for this individual contributor role is: Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Meets designation as a Qualified Professional in NC.
  • All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
