Define the operating model across Trading Ops, Financial Ops, and Account Opening
Own the daily and ad hoc operational cycles
Manage daily settlement, end-of-day processes, and reconciliation
Handle corporate actions
Oversee mutual fund operations
Manage funding operations
Build and grow the operational team
Own incident management as an operational discipline

Requirements

Operational discipline to execute at pace
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business operations
Ability to structure ambiguous problems
Strong analytical skills with SQL knowledge
Experience managing and developing people
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams

Fluency in Arabic and English
Prior operations experience in financial services
