About the role

  • Build, set up, and launch CRM campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, In-app)
  • Manage inbound CRM requests from different teams (Product launches, holidays, incidents, surveys, etc.)
  • Own and maintain the CRM calendar
  • Build and manage user journeys and workflows
  • Extract audiences using SQL
  • Track campaign performance and help pull results
  • Ensure campaigns are properly tested before launch
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, Compliance, and Operations teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth roles
  • Experience with CRM tools (Braze preferred, but others like HubSpot, Salesforce, MoEngage work too)
  • Strong SQL skills (important for this role)
  • Experience building campaigns and user journeys
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
