About the role
- Design seamless, high-impact user journeys for trading, market insights, and portfolio management.
- Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable, and visually engaging interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.
- Balance user needs with market and regulatory constraints to ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design, ideally within fintech or data-intensive products.
- Advanced Figma skills - components, variables, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of atomic design principles and design tokenization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and design elegant solutions.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual and interaction design.
- The ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
