People Operations

• Own and execute the People & Talent strategy: Deliver the 2026/7 People & Talent annual plan, reporting regularly on progress against the plan and day-to-day KPIs
• Act as a Culture and Engagement lead - championing and working to embed our values and culture across the business and in our People & Talent approach
• Build manager and leadership capability - work to ensure we’re enabling managers through effective partnership, coaching, advice, and training on strategic and operational people matters
• Own our People Partnering approach - partnering with leaders across the business, and ensuring our approach enables teams across the business to achieve their goals
• Oversee People operations and analytics - manage day-to-day people operations through leading the People Associate
• Manage and develop the People & Talent team - Lead a team of 3, providing coaching and development to ensure the team delivers exceptional service
• Manage the People budget - Work with the COO to manage the annual People budget, ensuring spending delivers clear ROI and supports business objectives
