3 to 5 years of experience in mobile software development, primarily on Android
Strong expertise in native Android development (Kotlin)
Solid experience with modern approaches (Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, Architecture Components, Navigation, etc.)
Good understanding of modern architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Repository Pattern)
High degree of autonomy and ability to take full ownership of features, from design to production
Experience with mobile DevOps practices (CI/CD, Android build automation, keystore management, monitoring, Crashlytics, etc.)
