About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid LPC license in good standing in Virginia, with board approval to provide clinical supervision
- Master’s degree in Counseling
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
- Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools
- Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, own computer, and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English
- Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus
- Deep clinical experience and sound diagnostic judgment
- Collaborative approach to working alongside associates
- Skill in providing developmental feedback
- Comfort supporting Medicaid documentation and compliance work
