  • A valid RIC license in good standing in the state of Virginia
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling
  • At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
  • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
  • Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
  • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office
  • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
  • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
  • Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
