About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population

Requirements
What you’ll need- A valid RIC license in good standing in the state of Virginia
- A Master’s degree in Counseling
- At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
- Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office
- Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Additional languages are a plus
- Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
- Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
- Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
