Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid PLPC or LMSW license in good standing in Missouri
  • Master’s degree in Counseling
  • At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
  • Own malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate
  • Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
  • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office
  • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions
  • Fluency in English
  • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus
  • Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
  • Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
  • Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
