About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population
- Focus on clinical care while the organization handles billing, insurance, and credentialing
- Select referrals and build a caseload according to personal availability

Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid PLPC or LMSW license in good standing in Missouri
- Master’s degree in Counseling
- At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
- Own malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate
- Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
- Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office
- Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English
- Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus
- Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
- Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
- Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
