Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid PLPC or LMSW license in good standing in Missouri
Master’s degree in Counseling
At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
Own malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate
Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office
Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions
Fluency in English
Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages a plus
Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
