About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population
Focus on clinical care while the company handles billing, insurance, and credentialing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid LAC or LMS license in good standing in the state of Arizona
Master’s degree in Counseling
At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office
Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions
Fluency in English
Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages are a plus
Currently working toward independent licensure
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Currently located in Arizona
