Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid LAC or LMS license in good standing in the state of Arizona
  • Master’s degree in Counseling
  • At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
  • Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
  • Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
  • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office
  • Own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions
  • Fluency in English
  • Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages are a plus
  • Currently working toward independent licensure
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Currently located in Arizona
