About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit experienced Licensed Supervisors who are motivated to oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists
- Guide and mentor emerging therapists, providing supervision
- Enable associate therapists to provide telehealth services to the Medicaid community and accumulate clinical hours for full licensure
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Master’s degree in Social Work
- A valid LICSW license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
- Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
