About the role

  • Manage the delivery of Third Sky’s ITIL education, ITSM process consulting, and ITSM technology services
  • Become a trusted adviser to CIOs and CIO directs
  • Facilitate ITSM/ITIL process design workshops with the IT Senior Leadership Team
  • Maintain a high-level of billable utilization
  • Work with the sales team and the regional VP to develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts
  • Help generate leads by speaking at events, presenting webinars, writing whitepapers, etc.
  • Contribute to Third Sky intellectual property and service offering development
  • Cultivate field relationships with our partners to generate sales opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience providing ITSM / ITIL consulting
  • 2+ years experience selling ITSM / ITIL education, process consulting or technology solutions
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Experienced project manager
  • Experience speaking about ITSM / ITIL best practices
  • ITIL Expert or close to achieving ITIL Expert
