Review National Health Accounts and resource mapping databases.
Identify and document population-level fee exemption programs (HIV, TB, malaria, immunization, nutrition, family planning, Gratuité program, CHWs).
Map financing sources and mechanisms by district, regional, and national levels; estimate financial volumes by disease area or intervention.
Analyze community-level services and financing of Community Health Workers (CHWs).
Analyze institutional and budgetary levers to support the production of health services in Burkina Faso.
Contribute to sustainability analysis and incorporate stakeholder feedback on mappings and financial flows.
Document financial flows (actual expenditures 2011–2023 and projected commitments 2024–2030) by financing source, mechanism, and production factor.
Produce methodology notes, expenditure estimates, mapping outputs, and revised proposals with stakeholder input within the Aug 15–Dec 15, 2025 period (LOE 12 days).
Requirements
Master’s degree (or higher) in economics, statistics, public health or any other equivalent field.
Experience in national health account or health resource mapping for health production in Burkina Faso ministry of health.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in data analysis, strategic planning or statistics.
Excellent command of data analysis software (e.g. STATA) and Microsoft office tools.
