About the role
- Social Capture: Create engaging social-first photo and video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other fast-moving social formats.
- Hi-Fi Production & Editing: Capture and edit high-fidelity lifestyle and food content with a strong editorial eye—balancing aesthetics, pacing, and brand voice.
- Multi-Platform Adaptation: Edit and optimize assets for platform best practices and a variety of aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5, 3:4).
- Concept Ideation: Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop both quick-turn social content ideas and larger campaign storylines.
- Trend & Culture Scanning: Stay plugged into social and cultural trends to keep client content fresh and relevant.
- Editorial Polish: Elevate raw captures with professional editing, color, and sound to ensure client-ready final delivery.
- Ideate, shoot, and edit content across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond, crafting everything from lo fi in the moment clips to refined editorial style assets that bring campaigns to life.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: 2+ years in content creation with a strong portfolio focused on lifestyle and food content.
- Creative Eye: Exceptional visual storytelling skills with an understanding of branding and aesthetics.
- Technical Fluency: Proficiency in both capture (photography/videography) and editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of best practices for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for Lifestyle and Food: A genuine interest and enthusiasm for lifestyle and food trends that resonate with diverse audiences.
