About the role
- Lead end-to-end production across integrated campaigns including digital, social, experiential, and various medium content
- Oversee motion design and VFX projects, partnering closely with artists, directors, and post-production teams
- Build and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and shot trackers & resourcing plans
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to bring ideas to life
- Manage client communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead internal teams and external partners including vendors, freelancers, and production crews
- Identify risks early and proactively problem solve to keep projects on track
- Ensure all deliverables meet Thinkingbox’s creative and production standards
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with motion design and VFX pipelines and workflows
- Experience in production within an agency, studio, or production company
- Strong integrated production experience across campaigns
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong understanding of budgeting, bidding, and scoping
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience working with creative teams across design, motion, and technology
