About the role
- Report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and support a high volume of active roles across our companies (Thinkingbox, AntiSocial, and The Heist)
- Write engaging, inclusive job descriptions that reflect our brand voice and attract top talent
- Source and engage candidates through creative sourcing on LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, and other platforms
- Manage candidates through our ATS (Lever), from screening and scheduling to offer letters and onboarding
- Support offer negotiations, ensuring competitive and fair processes
- Help plan and attend recruitment and networking events to build our employer brand
Requirements
- 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Familiarity with Lever or other applicant tracking systems
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates and headhunting talent through LinkedIn and other creative channels
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Passion for creating positive candidate experiences
