About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of developers across full-stack development.
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Design and develop responsive web applications using ReactJS.
- Build scalable backend services using .NET Core and Azure Functions.
- Implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) APIs tailored for front-end needs.
- Architect and deploy solutions on Azure using services like Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitLab.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud infrastructure.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API
- Strong experience with ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, Context API) or Angular
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservice Architecture and Domain Driven Design.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework)
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400) are a plus
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
