• Serves as SME on NERC Reliability Standards; including providing internal guidance training
• Leads implementation and improvement of the NERC compliance program
• Identifies and manage compliance risks; design and oversee controls
• Coordinates with third-party contractors supporting NERC compliance
• Conducts gap analyses, report findings, and maintain documentation
• Manages audit responses, investigations, and mitigation plans
• Monitors evolving NERC and Regional Standards; ensure internal readiness
• Supports internal alignment with ISO/RTO compliance requirements
• Contributes to industry standards development and voting processes
