About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to define and design customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
- Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM & HRSD
- Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
- Certified System Administrator preferred
- Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred
- Five years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum)
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project and situational awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-starter
