Utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to define and design customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform
Ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM & HRSD
Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
Certified System Administrator preferred
Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred
Five years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum)
Strong presentation skills
Strong project and situational awareness
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Self-starter
