About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish partnerships with our vendors and OEMs for API driven data access
Own the strategy and execution for integrations that connect AHEAD to vendors, partners, and third-party data sources
Lead and develop a geographically distributed team of developers and automation engineers
Oversee the design and maintenance of automation workflows in n8n
Guide the development and deployment of AI agents that clean, validate, and transform external data
Partner with the Application Development and Foundry Development teams to ensure seamless data ingestion
Establish standards for integration reliability, monitoring, error handling, and data quality
Manage team capacity and prioritization across multiple concurrent integration projects
Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and invest in the growth of your team members
Participate in hiring efforts to grow the team as integration demands expand
Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders across the business
Continuously evaluate and improve the tools, patterns, and processes the team uses

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in leadership, including geographically distributed teams.
Strong experience in logistics, and asset monitoring, and ITAM tools
Experience in B2B, supply chain, or IT asset management environments
Excellent communication skills with both employees and 3rd party vendors
Strong understand of integrations, ETL, data pipelines, or automation engineering
Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, Boomi, or MuleSoft)
Understanding of AI/LLM applications for data processing, validation, or transformation
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies
Comfortable working with messy, inconsistent data from external sources
Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns
Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to building reliable systems
Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability for automated workflows
