- As a Field Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that generate awareness and drive pipeline growth across AHEAD’s West Region. This highly collaborative role partners closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies to align strategy, ensure flawless execution, and report on performance and outcomes.
- Serving as the primary bridge between the West Region and the broader marketing organization, you will ensure tight coordination across teams, consistency in messaging and branding, and effective activation of campaigns, partner initiatives, and regional deliverables. You’ll also champion regional engagement in national campaigns—helping to localize content, refine audience targeting, and align messaging to meet regional business needs.
- The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in field marketing and a hands-on approach to execution. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Experience Marketing, with a dotted-line to the EVP of Sales for the West. It offers a unique opportunity to make a direct and measurable impact on regional business growth.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate has a strong track record of executing field marketing strategies that drive revenue through compelling content, integrated programs, and measurable impact. They bring a deep understanding of marketing best practices across digital channels, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with precision and creativity.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated, ROI-focused marketing and pipeline generation programs
- Strong knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution
- Demonstrated expertise in both project management and event execution
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, ideally including Marketo, Salesforce, and Demand base.
- Highly analytical, with a passion for using data to drive decisions and optimize performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively across competing priorities
