Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) across multiple teams
Support teams in applying Agile principles and Scrum framework
Coach team members on estimation, definition of done, and sprint planning
Help teams become more self-organized and improve delivery flow
Identify and remove impediments to help teams meet sprint goals
Share team performance metrics and insights with stakeholders
Foster transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Partner with product owners to refine and prioritize backlogs aligned with business goals
Encourage healthy team dynamics and cross-team coordination

Requirements

Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred: PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM certification; Salesforce certification a plus
5+ years of professional experience in IT delivery, including time as a Scrum Master or in a similar leadership role
Experience working with Salesforce development teams
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices
Familiarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally) and Microsoft 365
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
