About the role

  • Develop and maintain a training compliance framework aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
  • Ensure training plans exist for all roles and are updated as processes evolve.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records and support ISO audits with documentation and reporting.
  • Monitor training completion, retraining requirements, and compliance gaps.
  • Partner with department managers to identify training needs tied to new or updated procedures.
  • Coordinate onboarding and retraining activities; enable content development without owning sole creation.
  • Provide guidance to departmental trainers and ensure consistency in training practices.
  • Administer and optimize training tracking tools, including Learning Management System (LMS) where applicable.
  • Generate compliance reports for leadership, including completion rates and gaps.
  • Use data to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline training compliance processes as the organization scales.
  • Collaborate with Quality and People & Culture teams to improve governance and reporting.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Operations, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years in training compliance, Quality, or Operations within manufacturing or technology environments.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance and audit support.
  • Familiarity with LMS or training tracking systems.
