About the role
- Design and deliver impactful leadership development programs in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify leadership development gaps.
- Design and develop learner-centered engaging and interactive experiences.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation methods.
- Manage the full project lifecycle for leadership development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, or other equivalent that focuses on learning, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, including both instructional design and facilitation.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills to partner with key stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of facilitation methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, eLearning standards, and learning content development.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks.
- Continuous learning mindset and ability to stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends.
