About the role

  • Design and deliver impactful leadership development programs in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify leadership development gaps.
  • Design and develop learner-centered engaging and interactive experiences.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation methods.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle for leadership development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, or other equivalent that focuses on learning, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, including both instructional design and facilitation.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills to partner with key stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of facilitation methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, eLearning standards, and learning content development.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks.
  • Continuous learning mindset and ability to stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends.
