💰 $110,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Utilize your ServiceNow knowledge and experience to design, develop and deploy solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform
- Work with a collaborative team, mentoring associates and ensuring development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality
- Collaborate with customer service owners, process owners and various service delivery groups
- Participate in demos and meetings in a professional and courteous manner
- Expectation of at least 25% travel
Requirements
- Strong development skills on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, SPM, & SecOps preferred)
- Moderate skills integrating ServiceNow with third party tools
- Strong knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite
- Certifications in CSA, CAD, CIS, & SPM
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project and situational awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Able to travel of at least 25%
