Key responsibilities & impact

Recruiting & applicant management – from job posting and screening through to interview support.
Employer branding & communications – creating campaigns, posts and content that showcase our company culture.
HR processes & organization – insights into onboarding, employee communications and feedback processes.
Team projects – support internal workshops, employer-branding events and team activities.
Responsibility – take ownership of small HR projects with support from our team and develop professionally and personally.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled student in a relevant degree program, e.g.: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Communication & Media Studies, Social Sciences, Cultural Studies, Vocational Education/Economics or a comparable field related to HR, communications or marketing.
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
Interest in people, communication and company culture.
Creative thinking and enjoyment of writing, social media & employer branding.
Initiative, team spirit and strong organizational skills.
Willingness to actively contribute to a growing startup.
