About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruiting & applicant management – from job posting and screening through to interview support.
  • Employer branding & communications – creating campaigns, posts and content that showcase our company culture.
  • HR processes & organization – insights into onboarding, employee communications and feedback processes.
  • Team projects – support internal workshops, employer-branding events and team activities.
  • Responsibility – take ownership of small HR projects with support from our team and develop professionally and personally.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled student in a relevant degree program, e.g.: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Communication & Media Studies, Social Sciences, Cultural Studies, Vocational Education/Economics or a comparable field related to HR, communications or marketing.
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
  • Interest in people, communication and company culture.
  • Creative thinking and enjoyment of writing, social media & employer branding.
  • Initiative, team spirit and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to actively contribute to a growing startup.
