Think3DDDHuman Resources intern supporting recruiting and employee experience initiatives at a Berlin startup. Engaging in hands-on projects related to employer branding and HR processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruiting & candidate management – from job postings and screening to interview coordination.
- Employer Branding & communication – creating campaigns, posts and content that showcase our company culture.
- HR processes & organization – insight into onboarding, employee communications and feedback processes.
- Team projects – support for internal workshops, employer-branding events and team activities.
- Take on responsibility – own small HR projects with support from our team and grow both professionally and personally.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled student in a relevant degree program, e.g.: Business Administration, Human Resources/Personnel Management, Business Psychology, Communication & Media Studies, Social Sciences, Cultural Studies, Business Education or a comparable field related to HR, communication or marketing.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Interest in people, communication and company culture.
- Creative thinking and enjoyment of writing, social media & employer branding.
- Proactivity, teamwork and strong organizational skills.
- Desire to actively contribute to a growing startup.
