About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be the voice for the users of our software solutions by taking the initiative to thoroughly understand and effectively communicate their needs
  • Define and articulate the business case for product features and functionality, grounding decisions in user research, data, and measurable outcomes
  • Drive continuous product discovery through structured user research, prototyping, and hypothesis validation to ensure development investment is evidence-based
  • Build and prioritize the backlog of user stories, tasks, and defects, ensuring alignment with product strategy and team capacity
  • Own agile delivery practices within the team, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination to maintain consistent velocity and quality
  • Define and track product success metrics, using performance data and user feedback to inform prioritization decisions and demonstrate business impact
  • Apply working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements to product decisions, ensuring solutions meet applicable privacy and clinical standards
  • Leverage AI-assisted tooling and data-driven signals to improve requirements definition, backlog management, and product decision-making
  • Support pre-sales, implementation, and client-facing teams during product onboarding and escalated issue resolution
  • Contribute to strategic planning and product roadmaps, translating organizational goals into a coherent and prioritized product vision

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 4+ years experience in IT product management and/or business analysis
  • Minimum 2+ years experience working with an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • BA/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field
  • Experience to clearly define feature requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria to the development team
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
  • Experience leading effective meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication with the ability to tailor according to audience
  • Adaptable and flexible to change in product scope
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
