About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • strategic management of existing accounts
  • acquisition and development of a new customer base
  • sales of our full range of products and services
  • responsibility for the entire sales process from prospecting and proposal preparation to contract signing
  • documentation of customer relationships and information in the CRM system
  • design and implementation of territory- and customer-specific sales support and development strategies
  • contribution to defining business objectives and annual business planning
  • close collaboration with internal specialist departments and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • strong customer- and service-oriented personality
  • negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
  • decisiveness, persuasiveness and diplomatic tact
  • strategic and results-oriented thinking
  • team player with high self-initiative
  • technical affinity and interest in IT-related topics
  • driving license class B (car)
