About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- strategic management of existing accounts
- acquisition and development of a new customer base
- sales of our full range of products and services
- responsibility for the entire sales process from prospecting and proposal preparation to contract signing
- documentation of customer relationships and information in the CRM system
- design and implementation of territory- and customer-specific sales support and development strategies
- contribution to defining business objectives and annual business planning
- close collaboration with internal specialist departments and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- strong customer- and service-oriented personality
- negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
- decisiveness, persuasiveness and diplomatic tact
- strategic and results-oriented thinking
- team player with high self-initiative
- technical affinity and interest in IT-related topics
- driving license class B (car)
