About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end integration of new client offices, including planning, onsite deployment, and post-implementation support
- Conduct onsite and remote assessments of client environments to determine infrastructure needs
- Deploy, configure, and test network equipment, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points, as well as servers and PCs
- Coordinate and manage onsite integration activities, including directing and collaborating with local or client-side resources
- Ensure integrations align with client standards, security requirements, and MSP best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during deployments and integrations
- Communicate progress, risks, and completion status to internal teams and stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional team members to support handoff to helpdesk or managed services teams following successful integration
- Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to travel up to 75%, including some weekend travel
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management & Information Sciences, or similar field preferred
- Experience in the dental industry highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of networking concepts, hardware, and infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switching, wireless)
- Experience deploying and supporting servers, PCs, and related hardware
- Well-rounded understanding of operating systems, software, and networked environments
- Ability to assess environments, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, especially in a travel-heavy role
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to client sites
- Prior experience in an IT MSP environment preferred
- Experience with office buildouts, relocations, or multi-site integrations required
- Familiarity with quoting or project scoping for infrastructure deployments
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or local technical resources
