About the role
- Identify and approach top profiles (PMs, Product Designers, Heads of Product) on LinkedIn and through our networks.
- Craft personalized and original outreach messages to capture attention in a highly competitive market.
- Conduct initial phone pre-screening interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
- Provide exemplary follow-up for every candidate to ensure a smooth, human and transparent experience.
- Contribute to improving our processes, employer branding, and the organization of recruitment events.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, Bachelor's program, IEP or a Master’s in HR with a strong interest in the Tech/Product ecosystem.
- You are a natural "hunter" — you enjoy convincing people, you are curious and persistent. You are not afraid to use AI in your day-to-day work.
- Your written French and English are impeccable and you have excellent interpersonal skills (both spoken and written).
- You are autonomous, organized and eager to learn alongside experienced recruiters.
- You have a good level of English.
