About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage HR staff and provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR management, preferably in a public accounting firm
  • Proven experience managing HR staff and implementing HR strategies
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR software (BambooHR, ADP, or similar)
  • Ability to effectively communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of personal integrity and professional judgment
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, HR systems, and reporting
  • Commitment to employee development and continuous improvement.
