About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee financial operations, leading the company’s financial strategy, and ensuring sound financial practices across all business functions.
- Work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors, providing insights and strategic guidance to foster growth and long-term financial stability.
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, analyzing performance and project profitability.
- Lead the integration of AI and automation to enhance finance processes.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CMA or CPA preferred.
- 13+ years in senior financial roles, ideally within an IT services firm, with experience in financial leadership, M&A, and growth strategies.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Deltek VantagePoint a plus), and proficiency with financial reporting and analysis.
