• coach, mentor and guide your team in the creation and execution of complex digital media strategy
• assist the co-founder on bigger picture projects
• manage day-to-day client and vendor interaction and deliverables
• manage, train and support other team members
• develop media briefs and vendor request for proposals
• formulate media POVs
• maintain media budgets, manage invoices and billing
• lead digital reporting and in-depth analysis
• take an active role in new business development
