About the role

  • Lead and create inspiring brand-led digital communications, including responsive websites, campaign creative, and brand-focused design solutions that elevate client identity and positioning.
  • Develop and produce strategically driven, visually compelling user-focused design solutions in collaboration with the strategy team, ensuring all work aligns with client and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and developers to maintain brand integrity and creative excellence, while addressing technical constraints.
  • Support, mentor, and inspire more junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.
  • Act as a senior creative partner to clients, confidently presenting work, articulating brand and design rationale, and addressing technical considerations with clarity.
  • Pitch ideas and lead client workshops, showcasing your ability to influence, engage, and align senior stakeholders around creative visions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong commercial acumen, to successfully deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to R&D experiments, team insights, and thought leadership through participation in Tinnovation sessions and other agency initiatives.
  • Confidently defend your design decisions when challenged, demonstrating brand, creative, and strategic thinking to address client and internal feedback.
  • Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and industry standards, providing best practice advice to colleagues and clients.
  • Actively contribute to team initiatives, including new business development and fostering a culture of collaboration and success.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, and foundational HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Proven ability to create strong, cohesive brand identities across digital and print mediums, ideally within large-scale B2B, corporate, or professional services environments.
  • Strong UI design skills, supported by a solid understanding of UX principles, including user flows, user journeys, typography, and layout design to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment or in-house with global, complex B2B organisations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all work meets creative, commercial, and technical standards.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead client conversations and build trusted relationships.
  • Proactive and innovative, tackling design challenges with brand-led, strategically considered digital solutions.
