About the role

- Analyze and interpret metrics like CTR, retention, engagement, and user behavior at an unprecedented scale (100B+ views/month).
- Build robust and reproducible analytical workflows to uncover actionable insights.
- Validate and optimize measurement methods to ensure accuracy across platforms.
- Identify non-obvious correlations, causal relationships, and latent patterns in large, complex datasets.
- Translate statistical findings into strategic recommendations for content, product, and growth teams.
- Challenge assumptions and propose innovative analytical frameworks.
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents that automate routine and complex analytical processes.
- Experiment with LLMs, reinforcement learning, and other generative AI techniques to accelerate insights.
- Deploy AI solutions in production to improve decision-making speed and accuracy.
- Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Ensure code quality, reproducibility, and scalability for production environments.
- Continuously monitor, test, and optimize ML/DL models for performance and robustness.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO.
- Influence high-level business and content strategy with data-driven insights.
- Communicate complex technical results in a clear, actionable manner for non-technical stakeholders.

- Professional experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Applied AI researcher, with a track record of deploying models or building analytical systems in production.
- Russian language fluency and strong English language proficiency for reporting, collaboration, and presenting insights.
- Proven top-tier competitive coding credentials: Kaggle Master+, ICPC medalist, IOI medalist, or Codeforces IM+.
- Strong programming skills with production-ready Python and SQL experience.
- Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning, beyond standard boosting models.
- Intellectual curiosity and ownership mentality—you take full responsibility for problem-solving end-to-end.
- Experience turning complex datasets into actionable insights for business or product strategy.
**Nice-to-have**
- Experience working with large-scale datasets (PB-scale) and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying LLMs, AI agents, or advanced automation systems.
- Knowledge of content, media, or social platform analytics.
