Lead social media strategy, building and executing plans aligned to portfolio objectives.
Ideate, plan, create and deploy engaging content across platforms including X/Twitter, Discord, Reddit and more.
Strengthen brand perception and rebuild trust by addressing community feedback and improving sentiment across platforms and review sites.
Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations.
Create processes and documentation to scale the social media team.
Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify product and ecosystem-related news with the content team.
Requirements
>3 years of demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record managing large channels with a high volume of followers
Proven experience in reputation management, with the ability to address negative sentiment, rebuild trust, and improve brand perception across social and review platforms.
Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms and industry best practices.
Creative problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Adept content creation skills, including copy writing, graphic design, animation and video editing.
Proficient user of social analytics and listening tools with the skills to match
