About the role
- Own Liquidity Initiatives: Identify and engage with market makers, liquidity providers, and strategic partners
- Support Strategic Integrations: Manage the full lifecycle of key integrations
- Manage and Scale the Pipeline: Manage our CRM with meticulous detail, tracking all leads and opportunities
- Build Operational Excellence: Design, implement, and refine the business development team's operational workflows
- Research & Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on the Bitcoin DeFi landscape, competitors, and potential partners
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a business development, partnerships, or operations role within the cryptocurrency or fintech space
- A deep understanding of DeFi, specifically on Bitcoin, is highly preferred.
- Strong sense of ownership and are relentless in your pursuit of operational efficiency.
- The ability to think at a high level about business strategy while also possessing the meticulous attention to detail required to manage a complex pipeline and support senior leadership.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to take on projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator, capable of distilling complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
- Candidates must have existing work authorization in the U.S.
