Support Strategic Integrations: Manage the full lifecycle of key integrations
Manage and Scale the Pipeline: Manage our CRM with meticulous detail, tracking all leads and opportunities
Build Operational Excellence: Design, implement, and refine the business development team's operational workflows
Research & Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on the Bitcoin DeFi landscape, competitors, and potential partners
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in a business development, partnerships, or operations role within the cryptocurrency or fintech space
A deep understanding of DeFi, specifically on Bitcoin, is highly preferred.
Strong sense of ownership and are relentless in your pursuit of operational efficiency.
The ability to think at a high level about business strategy while also possessing the meticulous attention to detail required to manage a complex pipeline and support senior leadership.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to take on projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
Exceptional written and verbal communicator, capable of distilling complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
Candidates must have existing work authorization in the U.S.
