About the role
- Provide first-line support to end-users and resolve application-related issues (including scanners, printers and customer data exchange/EDI)
- Assist in configuration, testing and deployment of new WMS solutions
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements and integration projects
- Document processes, configurations and user guides
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, IT, operations) across sites in England, Belgium and the Netherlands
- Report to the Team Leader Business Applications and support continuous improvement of the WMS platform
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in application support or software implementation
- Knowledge of warehouse or logistics processes is a strong plus
- Knowledge of ProWMS (Principal Logistics WMS) is a strong plus
- Strong written and spoken English language communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Pro-active team player and able to work independently
- Open to new technologies and agile working environment
