About the role

  • Optimize and digitize business processes and integrate systems across locations and customers
  • Promote a culture of Operational Excellence and support operational teams in achieving KPIs
  • Manage and contribute to strategic and tactical transformation projects
  • Analyse business processes and propose improvements; translate processes into automated processes
  • Identify and analyse problems and develop solutions to optimise system performance and capabilities
  • Consult with customers to achieve process improvements and system integrations via interfaces
  • Act as a bridge between the user organisation and IT services
  • Check system changes and prepare or adjust user documentation and instructions; guide colleagues where necessary
  • Travel approximately 20-30% to Thermotraffic locations in England, the Netherlands, and Belgium

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience as a Business or Process Analyst, including experience with transformation projects
  • Knowledge and experience with modern warehouse management systems and their implementation
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Knowledge of and experience with working according to Lean principles
  • Excellent analytical skills and process-oriented thinking
  • Experience of change- and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all levels
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% to locations in England, the Netherlands, and Belgium
