About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You provide operational support to our sales team while further developing our digital presence
  • Support and advise our existing customers and trade partners
  • Active acquisition of dealers/retailers and support in expanding our sales network
  • Preparation and follow-up of quotations
  • Operational support for the Head of Sales
  • Maintenance of customer and sales data in the ERP system
  • Coordination with production, purchasing and logistics
  • Support in planning and implementing sales campaigns
  • Creation of content for our social media channels
  • Management and further development of our social media presence
  • Planning and execution of campaigns in coordination with the sales team
  • Support for product communication, product launches and promotions
  • Monitoring performance and deriving optimizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
  • Experience in inside sales, customer service or operational sales
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of proactive customer engagement
  • Affinity for social media, content creation and digital communication
  • Confident, sensible use of AI in day-to-day work
  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Team spirit, commitment and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
