Social Media Manager

• Du stärkst unseren Vertrieb operativ und entwickelst gleichzeitig unsere digitale Präsenz weiter.
• Betreuung und Beratung unserer Bestandskunden und Handelspartner
• Aktive Händlerakquise und Unterstützung beim Ausbau unseres Vertriebsnetzes
• Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
• Operative Unterstützung des Vertriebsleiters
• Pflege von Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten im ERP-System
• Abstimmung mit Produktion, Einkauf und Logistik
• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsaktionen
• Erstellung von Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Präsenz
• Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb
• Unterstützung bei Produktkommunikation, Markteinführungen und Aktionen
• Monitoring der Performance und Ableitung von Optimierungen
• Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Vertriebsaktivitäten auch digital sichtbar, konsistent und professionell kommuniziert werden.

Vertriebsinnendienst, Social Media

• You provide operational support to our sales team while further developing our digital presence
• Support and advise our existing customers and trade partners
• Active acquisition of dealers/retailers and support in expanding our sales network
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Operational support for the Head of Sales
• Maintenance of customer and sales data in the ERP system
• Coordination with production, purchasing and logistics
• Support in planning and implementing sales campaigns
• Creation of content for our social media channels
• Management and further development of our social media presence
• Planning and execution of campaigns in coordination with the sales team
• Support for product communication, product launches and promotions
• Monitoring performance and deriving optimizations

Inside Sales, Social Media
